Red Interreligiosa Iberoamericana
The Ibero-American Interreligious Conference is a significant gathering where representatives from major religious communities in Ibero-America come together. The regular (generally annual) event has been taking place since 2011. Formerly held by the Interreligious Network for Ibero-America Red Interreligiosa Iberoamericana, they are now hosted in collaboration with SEGIB, the Ibero-American General Secretariat, a support organization for the 22 countries making up the Ibero-American community which drives Ibero-American Cooperation in the areas of education, social cohesion and culture.
VI Ibero-American Interreligious Meeting “Faith, shared well-being and SDG 16+ in a prosperous, inclusive and sustainable Ibero-America“ was held in November 2018 as an event prior to the XXXVI Ibero-American Summit.
