Education as Transformation
Aim
EDUCATION as Transformation sponsors or co-sponsors educational programs and conferences, and works with professional organizations to engage issues of religious pluralism and spirituality in education.
History
On September 27 and 28, 1998, over 800 representatives (including presidents, faculty, administrators, students, religious life professionals and trustees) from more than 250 colleges and universities gathered at Wellesley College for a National Gathering to explore issues of religious pluralism and spirituality in higher education. This was the inaugural event of the EDUCATION as Transformation Project.

EDUCATION as Transformation provides consulting services upon request to colleges, universities, and independent schools interested in having their programmes, staff, and facilities better support the growing religious diversity among students and the increasing demand for a spiritual dimension in education
- Spirituality and the Arts
A programme of interactive presentations and experiences on the theme of religious pluralism and spirituality
- Beyond Tolerance
An online sanctuary for the exploration of religious and cultural understanding
- Conferences
Main topics of those conferences are religious diversity on education and strategies for addressing this diversity.
