Aim

The aim of DDI is to foster interreligious dialogue and activities from the perspective of women and to promote friendship throughout Argentina.

History

Ladies in Interreligious Dialogue was created after a visit carried out by some religious women to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Ezeiza, Buenos Aires) in 2018 when different religious groups entered National Register for Worship. From then on, the number of religious communities associated with the DDI has increased. Currently, DDI counts on the support of 10 faith-based communities: Scientology, the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints, Basilios' Scientific School, Umbandist Africans Social and Religious Group (ASRAU), Ahmadia (Muslim Community), and the Holy Spirit's Association for the Global Christianism Unification, Baha'i, Schestatt (Catholic Movement), The Evangelical Christian Church, and the Argentinian African Religious Association Il ti, Oya-gn.
