Latin American Interreligious Network for Peace Education
Aim
Promote peace education in religious communities, particularly in the framework of educational work, through mutual understanding and fraternal meetings, overcoming all forms of prejudice; establish a permanent space for networking, exchanging experiences, and training educators for peace of religious communities in Latin America; use information and communication technologies (ICT) to promote a culture of peace from an interreligious and Latin American perspective.
History
The Latin American Interreligious Network for Peace Education (RILEP) was jointly created by the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Office of the World Conference of Religions for Peace (WCRP) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Meetings of Religious Educational Organisations from the Latin American region, which gather educational institutions from the Catholic and Evangelical Churches, and the Islamic, Jewish, Indigenous and Afro-descendant communities so that they can share and exchange experiences of education in values and actions for peace
- Interreligious Meetings of Youth for Peace
Meetings between students from different religious educational institutions to exchange views and opinions, and to conduct joint social actions based on solidarity and brotherhood.
