History

Starting churches has been part of NorthWood since 1992, when we planted our first church. Since then, NorthWood has become one of the leaders in America in planting over 200 churches.

IRD Activities

  • Dialogue between Faith Groups

    Our Christian faith teaches us to love all people, regardless of their religion. At NorthWood, we seek to create an atmosphere of understanding and mutual respect where people of other faiths can explore and learn about Christianity without experiencing condemnation. We want to promote open dialogue between faith groups and build bridges with each other. Multifaith does not mean interfaith. We do not believe it is necessary to compromise our own Christian faith in order to have conversations with those of other faiths. We recognise our different religious beliefs and embrace each other with mutual respect while holding strong to our own convictions.
