Biography Narrative

Vladimer Narsia holds MTh in Theology from Georgia and an LLM in canon law from the UK. Also, he is a graduate of Budapest Central European University, Hungary.

In Georgia, Vladimer teaches university courses on religion and politics nexus: Christian theology and canon law. Vladimer is interested in religion and conflict resolution; peace study; and interreligious education and dialogue.

His motto is:  “Who seeks not a friend he is his own foe!” (From a Georgian medieval epic poem: “The Knight in the Tiger’s Skin.” verse 854).

Throughout the project national and international legislation have been analysed regarding to the interreligious education policy; round table meetings (workshops) have been conducted with school
representatives and other stake holders including state representatives.
