History

Iris Group - Managing Diversity was founded in Tbilisi in 2010 as a non-profit and non-governmental organization. The activities of Iris Group were mainly focused on the Caucasian region (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). But since 2012 Iris group started to implement activities in Russia and Turkey (North-East Anatolia) as well as in Europe.
