Morocco. 1986, Degree in Islamic Studies; 1987, Diploma, High University Studies; 1991, doctoral degree in Islamic Studies. 1992-94, Chair, Islamic Studies Department; 1995, Professor, North African Sociology Programme, Cadi Ayyad and De Paul University-Chicago ; 1996-1998, Post Doctoral Studies in Sorbonne University, Paris IV, in History of Religions; 1999, Member of the support team of the Education-Training Special Committee (COSEF), competence Certificate to teach in English in American and English speaking universities; 1999-2000, Visiting scholar in Residence, Chicago DePaul University and the University of Chicago, as he taught at the University of Chicago as a Fulbright visiting scholar in residence; 2002, Doctorat d'Etat in Islamic Studies; 2002, Member of the Council of Cadi Ayyad University; 2003, appointed by His Majesty the King among the experts of the Higher Council for Audiovisual Committee; 2004, Director of Islamic Affairs and Waqf; 2006, appointed by His Majesty the King Member of the Higher Council for Education and Secretary-General of the Rabita Muhammadia of Ulama; 2007, appointed by His Majesty the King Member of the Human Rights Consultative Council (CCDH); 2011, appointed by His Majesty the King Member of the Environmental, Social and Economic Council; 2012, appointed by His Majesty the King Member of the Human Rights National Council (CNDH) ; 2014, appointed by His Majesty the King Member of the Higher Council for Education, Training and Scientific Research.
