Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace

The Abu Dhabi Forum for Peace, originally established as the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies, was founded in 2014 amid escalating violence and instability affecting parts of the Muslim world. The initiative emerged in response to growing conflict, social fragmentation, and the global repercussions of these crises, including the spread of negative perceptions of Islam and rising Islamophobia in various regions.

The Forum marked its Tenth Edition in Abu Dhabi from 14–16 November 2023 under the theme “For Sustainable Peace: Challenges and Opportunities.”
