Diana is assistant director of interreligious engagement at Georgetown University, where she works on promoting interreligious understanding and inclusion among a diverse student body. She is a member of the Church of Jesus-Christ of Latter-day Saints and has served in multiple leadership and teaching positions for the Church over the years, including an 18-month mission to Taipei, Taiwan. Currently, she serves on the Board for the regional local women’s organization, The Relief Society, and as a Sunday school instructor. In all her roles, Diana aims to help young people think critically and compassionately about the ways they negotiate belonging in the 21st century, the role of faith and spirituality in combating the corrosive social effects of capitalism and consumerism, and how to become conscious and responsible recipients of history. Originally from Utah, Diana earned a BA and MA in sociology from Brigham Young University and is finishing an MPS in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University.
