About The Form

The Centre’s Peace Map is the most up-to-date database of organisations using Interreligious Dialogue for Peace, internationally and nationally. In order to assure the quality and accuracy of the information provided, we kindly request that you fill in and review this form covering relevant and most recent information about your organisation.
The form covers basic information about your organisation, such as name and address, as well as information about your organisation´s activities, events and publications.

Guidelines

Does my organisation fit with the Peace Map?
Criteria:
In order to become a member of the Peace Map, the organisation must be involved in interreligious dialogue (IRD) activities. IRD activities shall aim at people of different religious traditions coming together to focus on mutual understanding and respect despite their differences; in general, it shall involve cooperative and positive interaction between people of different faiths at an individual or institutional level.

If available, provide the official name of the organization (or project/initiative) in English. If the organization has an official name in another language than English, indicate the name in the original language.

Official name of the organization in its original language(s). Where appropriate, names in other languages should be provided as well.

If the entry refers to an initiative or a project, please, indicate the bearer of legal status of that initiative or project.

Foundational year and location of the organisation.

Please indicate whether the organisation is a Governmental Organization, a Not Governmental Organization, a Research Institution or an Informal Entity. In addition you may assign more specific definitions for your organization under these four main types: Governmental Organization: National and International Organasations such as Ministries, Municipalities, State founded and funded organisations, etc. Not Governmental Organization: NNGO, FBO, Religious, Foundations Organisations, Commercial Enterprises, etc. Research Institution: Universities, Educational Institutions, Think Thanks, etc. Informal Entity: Facebook Groups, Networks, Conferences, Community Groups, etc.
