The National Intefaith Council aims to contribute to Venezuela from faith values perspective.

Affirm humanity's diverse and historic spiritual resources and bring them to bear on contemporary global, national, regional and local issues; facilitate the work of interfaith organisations and provide networking possibilities; provide a coalition model of cooperative interaction based on serving the needs and promoting the aspirations of member organisations, including local interfaith groups, interreligious bodies, single faith with Interfaith Offices, academic study centers and media bodies.

Build awareness; build bridges.

Build sustainable peace in Myanmar with justice and a state that protects diversity by effectively supporting inclusive processes; increase inclusion and participation in the peace process through the linking of peace negotiations with key stakeholders, including civil society and grassroots communities; increase engagement with government policy makers and other key decision makers to achieve policy change to ensure people's rights; and increase the capacity of individuals and groups to participate effectively in peace building and state building.

Encourage; facilitate; serve the religious leaders’ dialogue and efforts for religious freedom and peace in Cyprus; contribute positively and constructively to the Cyprus peace talks.

Gather the Lebanese family creating oasis dating for young people throughout Lebanon by mobilizing around social projects promoting the unity of the Lebanese people; contribute to the reconciliation of Iraqi communities by the same method; and provide support to Syrian refugees irrespective of beliefs and origin.

Promote knowledge and respect between people of different faiths to develop a community that may give each an opportunity to fully develop their religious and human identity, as individuals as well as active citizens; contribute to an increased general understanding of religion and its role in society. In particular, focusing on religion as a constructive force. An important part of this work consists of preventing conflicts related to religion and contributing to solving them when they actually arise.
