Foro Abraham para el Di�logo Interreligioso e Intercultural is a non-profit organization based in Madrid (Spain). Since 2008, it has promoted a permanent dialogue between persons and communities of different creed and beliefs. The aim is to foster mutual understanding, coexistence, respect of minorities and a culture of peace through the activities.. The organisation open opportunities for dialogue within a sociocultural and apolitical frame. There is total respect for the beliefs of its members and of the persons who participate in the activities.
Seek to be a living example of our values and beliefs; find and support other spiritual peace makers and organizations; provide training for those interested in spiritual peacemaking; and to create and implement interfaith programs, celebrations, youth activities and other educational initiatives.
Enhance the quality of non-formal educational programmes for young people; foster an exchange of methods and approaches applied in European non-formal youth education; foster nonviolence as an approach to conflict transformation in Europe, particularely in Georgia and the South Caucasus; strengthen capacities for peace-building in Georgia and the South Caucasus; provide direct and immediate support for conflict affected parts of the Georgian population; empower young people and youth leaders to take an active role in community development and in addressing and articulating needs of young people, particularly of marginalised youth; improve the living conditions of young people in Georgia.
Establish interreligious dialogue in research and teaching; offer a platform/network for academic issues and dialogue of theologians of world religions in a scientific context.
