Inspired by the creation of a holiday in 2007 in Lebanon, which celebrated the occasion of the common feast of the Annunciation, in March 2015 Efesia initiated a gathering of more than 800 Christians and Muslims in the Basilica of Longpont sur Orge to celebrate Marie - Myiram under the title: "Together with Mary". Today, Efesia provides animation and federates the group "Together with Mary".

Provide innovative learning solutions to individuals, organizations and institutions to enhance global decision-making and support country-level action for shaping a better future.

Promote policies and expand access to services that protect all children; help reduce child mortality all over the world by working to reach the most vulnerable children, everywhere; support quality learning for every girl and boy, especially those in greatest danger of being left behind; reach children and families with lifesaving aid and long-term assistance; empower girls and women, and to ensure their full participation in political, social, and economic systems; co-create innovative solutions that accelerate progress for children and young people; deliver sustainable access to lifesaving supplies where they are most needed, accelerating results for the most vulnerable children.

Achieve health, security and justice for all by tackling such threats as drugs, organized crime, corruption and terrorism, and promoting peace and sustainable well-being as deterrents to them.

To ensure reproductive rights for all. To accomplish this, UNFPA works to ensure that all people, especially women and young people, are able to access high-quality sexual and reproductive health services, including voluntary family planning, so that they can make informed and voluntary choices about their sexual and reproductive lives.
