The Institute aims to deepen mutual understanding between Muslims and Christians, according to academic methods. The institute proposes to offer meeting spaces, common courses of action by year or by semester, awareness programs or training in interfaith dialogue. It offers conferences where professors or lecturers present their position with regards to their faith by dealing with a common theme or problem. Six different types of Diplomas are granted by the institute and training. They provide Master's Degree in Christian- Muslim studies and they organize interreligious conferences and seminars.
