Facilitate 'living-together' in good harmony, making people aware of their religious or cultural differences, for a moment of fraternity and peace, in a local dialogue; develop civic education through dialogue and reduce the risk of xenophobia, which stems from a mutual ignorance; mobilise communities to facilitate a durable coexistence.

Strengthen, promote, and consolidate cooperation among the Member States and consolidate it in the fields of education, science, culture and communication, as well as develop and upgrade these fields, within the framework of the civilisational reference of the Islamic world and in the light of the human Islamic values and ideals; consolidate understanding among peoples inside and outside the Member States and contribute to the achievement of world peace and security through various means, particularly through education, science, culture and communication; publicise the correct image of Islam and Islamic culture, promote dialogue among civilisations, cultures and religions, and work towards spreading the values of justice and peace along with the principles of freedom and human rights, in accordance with the Islamic civilisational perspective; encourage cultural interaction and to support the aspects of cultural diversity in the Member States, while preserving the cultural identity and protecting the independence of thought; consolidate complementarity and coordination among the specialised institutions of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the fields of education, science, culture and communication and among the Member States of ISESCO, and promote cooperation and partnership with the similar governmental and non-governmental institutions sharing the same interest, inside and outside the Member States; take further interest in Islamic culture, highlight its specificities and publicise its landmarks in intellectual studies, scientific researches and educational curricula; work for establishing complementarity and correlation among the educational systems of the Member States; support the efforts of the educational, scientific and cultural institutions for Muslims in non-Member States of ISESCO.

Make a significant contribution to national and global peace through universal values of dialogue, friendship, mutual respect and understanding.

Promote peaceful coexistence through dialogue and understanding at global, regional and local levels.

Enhance interreligious and intercultural dialogue, thus fostering respect, understanding and cooperation among people, promote justice, peace and reconciliation and counteract the abuse of religion to justify oppression, violence and conflict; promote a responsible way of living the religious and spiritual dimension of individuals and society; promote respect and preservation of the sacred character of holy sites, as well as religious symbols; address the contemporary challenges to society, such as the dignity of human life, preservation of the environment, sustainable use of natural resources, ethical and religious education and poverty alleviation.

Educate both Muslims and non-Muslims about the just, gender equitable foundation of Islam; provide the community with Islamic jurisprudence that emphasizes gender equity and encourages intellectual growth, conflict resolution and leadership development; endorse advocacy and legal representation that promote KARAMAH's core value: that dignity is God-given.

Mobilise ecumenical solidarity and provide services to historically and culturally vulnerable groups who are in the process of social and political emancipation, and promote the ecumenical movement and its libertarian values.

Bring about mutual understanding and cooperation between religions, peace activities, refugee, and relief activities on a global scale, while at the same time contributing to setting up numerous international organisations and constructing schools and orphanages in many South Asian countries.

Promote freedom and liberty, peace, and justice; focus on consolidating democracy, the unification of Europe and the strengthening of transatlantic relations, as well as on development cooperation.

Act as an operating foundation; develop and promote programmes for which the Foundation retains full responsibility, while still remaining open to suggestions and cooperations; try out new ideas and methods and transfer them to society; seek to encourage others to take initiative into their own hands.
