Provide educational and social opportunities to Arab children and their families through the Center for the Development of the Arab Child; be a place of encounter and cooperation between Jews and Arabs in the Ramle-Lod area through the Center for Jewish-Arab Coexistence.
Publish learned texts, prayerbooks, and works of Jewish interest; administers the work of the Committee on Jewish Law and Standards for the Conservative movement; serve the professional and personal needs of its membership through publications, conferences, and benefit programmes; coordinate the Joint Placement Commission of the Conservative movement; serve congregations throughout the world, and also work as educators, officers of communal service organisations, and college, hospital, and military chaplains.
The priority areas for action of the Three Cultures Foundation come from the Declaration of Barcelona; namely political and economic areas and cultural and social sectors. In addition, the Foundation has been working in the field of immigration. This issue was also included among its areas for action due to its paramount importance among the objectives of the 2005 Barcelona Summit. In short, the Three Cultures Foundation is conceived as a unique instrument for supporting the spirit of creating new horizons for the Mediterranean Basin countries. These new horizons would involve the establishment of peace, stability and progress areas on both sides of a Sea which has been the cradle of multiple civilizations.

To publicize the activities carried out by UNESCO in the fields of education, science, culture and communication, maintaining its independence from all political parties and religious and philosophical groups; 2. Contribute to peace and security by strengthening, through education, science and culture, collaboration among nations, in order to ensure universal respect for justice, the law, and fundamental rights and freedoms that without distinction of race, sex, language or religion, the Charter of the United Nations recognizes all the peoples of the world; 3. Foster international understanding, solidarity, cooperation and world peace, through the recognition of national cultures and the cultural heritage of humanity; 4. Participate in the integral development of the local, provincial, regional, national and international through direct relationships with similar organizations; 5. Encourage and participate in human development processes, putting into practice actions aimed at contributing to a more just and participatory society through the promotion of cooperation, development with the most disadvantaged countries, through training, education , research and adaptation of transferable technologies to local conditions; 6. In particular, contribute and participate in the defense and protection of the environment, and artistic heritage of the territorial area that is its own, and in general, in any other area territorial.
Preserve the identity of Muslim youth and help overcome the problems they face in modern society; educate and train them in order for them to become active and positive citizens in their countries.

Strengthen the contribution of higher education institutions to education and research concerning the main cultural and religious principles of harmony and unity in a multi-ethnic and pluri-religious State; educate young people in a spirit of peace and tolerance, solidarity and intercultural and interfaith dialogue; ensure training of specialists able to exercise influence over the development of the cultural process in various aspects (social, religious, political, aesthetic); study the role and dynamics of cultural, spiritual and religious factors in the formation of the national identity of Kyrgyzstan; develop solutions to cultural conflicts and establish a basis for the formation of a tolerant democratic society.
Promote interfaith understanding through the study of comparative religion, and the transmission of specific intercultural skills such as mediation and dialogue.
Improve and promote strategies of leading cross- and inter-cultural dialogues aimed at withstanding any form of discrimination or violence, securing creative patterns existing in the framework of traditional cultures, and contribute to amplification of global culture of peaceful co-existence and sustainable development; improve and promote strategies of leading inter- and pluri-religious dialogues, directed at appeasement of open or latent contradictions, frictions or conflicts between adherents of different religious or spiritual practices, introducing values of these subcultures into comparative scientific research and societal debate; improve and promote transdisciplinary methodologies, regarded as indispensable tools of leading creative and innovative dialogue over traditionally defined and delimited borders between different scientific and/or philosophical disciplines, religious and/or spiritual doctrines, as well as different forms of social activism and inter-communal discourse.
