Promote the unity of the people of God in Latin America, as an expression and as a contribution of the unity of the Latin American people; manifest the unity that we have in Christ, recognising the richness of the diversity of traditions, confessions and expressions of faith, reflection, teaching, proclamation, and service, taking into consideration the Latin American reality and identity; help members discover their own identity and commitment as Christians in the Latin American reality in the search for an order of justice and fraternity; encourage and support its members in their evangelisation mission, as a sign of their fidelity to Christ's command and his presence in the peoples of Latin America; promote reflection and theological and pastoral dialogue around the Christian mission and witnesses across the continent and in the rest of the world.

Encourage and help to the reflection and pastoral action of the Church in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Promote peace education in religious communities, particularly in the framework of educational work, through mutual understanding and fraternal meetings, overcoming all forms of prejudice; establish a permanent space for networking, exchanging experiences, and training educators for peace of religious communities in Latin America; use information and communication technologies (ICT) to promote a culture of peace from an interreligious and Latin American perspective.

Promote greater unity, communication, and a common vision among all the Jesuits working in Latin America; assume the six apostolic priorities of the Common Apostolic Project to establish joint actions and a more rational and effective use of human and material resources; develop and implement interprovincial projects and, eventually, establish common houses and works to address the needs of the region; promote solidarity and mutual assistance between the provinces and regions of Latin America and between them and those from other continents.

Act as the diplomatic branch of the Jewish community among governments and international organisations; fight for the dignity of the Jewish people; combat terrorism; fight against anti-Semitism and all forms of discrimination; strengthen links with other faiths; promote human rights; support the State of Israel.

Support the fulfillment of the Church's Missionary Mandate, testifying the gospel of Jesus Christ by word and deed throughout the world; provide insights into the global church, raise awareness about the lives of our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world and contribute to the community work with our experience here in Germany; promote the possibilities of mutual learning, new experiences and ecumenical impulses in our sponsoring churches.

To create social awareness among citizens of the world through campaigns, projects and activities; promote mobility in Europe where young people can experience and develop some intercultural dialogue with young people from other countries; Defend and promote the Declaration of Human Rights of United Nations; defend and promote the Convention of rights of children of United Nations; defend and develop of interests of women in the world; create opportunities among communities with fewer opportunities, migrants and disabled people; provide legal, logistic and educational support to indigenous peoples; create environmental awareness among citizens to fight againt the climate change, to protect the natural resources of the Mother Earth; support rural areas, to keep our cultural heritage and to maitain popular activities; protect and defend animals under human pressure or abuse.

The Lican Foundation takes part in Jesuit activities such as generating and participating in ecclesial and social processes of empowerment, promoting the dignity of life in the Mapuche lands, and forming connections with other people regardless of the presence of other institutions. The activities of the Lican Foundation are focused on the Mapuche area but are open to all.

Propagate the Dharma and help relieve suffering in the world, at the same time advancing the cause of world peace through interreligious dialogue.

Creation of better possibilities for the people in local and regional area by promoting dialogue between ethnic components, reconstruction of local capacities and local development and development of relation between City of Prijedor and EU in order to integrate Balkan region in Europe.
