Contribute to the complete education of young people through Scouting from the point of view of the Catholic faith; cooperate in developing and enhancing the spiritual dimension of Scouting in accordance with the unity and the diversity of the World Scout Movement; ensure that Catholic Scouts are actively present in the Church and guarantee communication between the Catholic Church and the World Scout Movement; establish the right relationship between membership in the Church and membership in the Scout Movement, and dialogue with other creeds in Scouting; provide the opportunity for its members to meet together as friends, and for Catholic Scout leaders and officials to share their experiences as providers of an educational service from the viewpoint of the Catholic faith.
Develop alternative methods of preventing and resolving interethnic and interreligious conflicts in countries around the world.
Work for the advancement of equality, social justice and respect for human rights in Canada and around the world through transformative human rights education programs; equip local human rights defenders and educators to build more inclusive communities and to contribute to social and economic development goals through democratic participation.

Create Mutual Understanding between Muslims, Christians and Jews; Understand and assist the problems of ground religious leaders; Engage religious teachers of Schools and Madrassas for disseminating information of peace and religious cooperation; Bring together Governments and Religious Leaders; Engage week long workshops where grass root leaders of different religions from the same country can participate and stay with each other in order to strengthen their working relation on the ground; Take out research papers on the ground situations of countries in pretext of religious activities; Organize same religious events, where religious leaders of same faith from different parts of the world can meet and cooperate in the future; Organize networking dinners in different regions for different religions to interact with each other.
Promote understanding and cooperation between Christians and Jews based on respect for each other's identity and integrity; address issues of human rights and human dignity deeply enshrined in the traditions of Judaism and Christianity; counter all forms of prejudice, intolerance, discrimination, racism and the misuse of religion for national and political domination; affirm that in honest dialogue each person remains loyal to his or her own essential faith commitment, recognising in the other person his or her integrity and otherness; perform outreach in regions that so far have little or no structured Jewish-Christian dialogue, such as Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Far East; provide a platform for wide-ranging theological debate in order to add a religious choice to the contemporary search for answers to existential and ethical challenges.

Take a consistent stance against war and its preparation; formulate a vision of the human community based upon the belief that love in action has the power to transform unjust political, social, and economic structures; overcome the division of nation-states which are often the source of conflict and violence; resolve conflicts through nonviolent means; dismantle systems that foster fear and hatred; seek justice as a basis for peace; co-ordinate communication among IFOR members; link branches to capacity-building resources; help co-ordinate international campaigns, delegations and urgent actions; regularly participate in conferences and meetings of UN bodies through representatives, providing testimony and expertise from different regional perspectives; promote non-violent alternatives in the fields of human rights, development, and disarmament.
Establish ties between all the existing associations, committees, branches, or groups of Jewish scouts in order to engage in dialogue among participants and exchange ideas on the main issues of concern to the Jewish people today, strengthen and improve Jewish Scouting around the world, initiate joint activities, such as a Jamboree of Jewish scouts, exchange and edit educational and training material, publicise Jewish Scout activities within the Jewish world, seek funding for the development and strengthening of Jewish Scouts groups; establish new local groups of Jewish scouts in Jewish communities around the world to establish a non-formal Jewish education structure in communities in which there is presently no youth movement, and to develop local community leadership through leadership in the Scout movement; represent Jewish scouts in contacts with the Scout movement and with other religions within the movement to participate in international activities and present the Jewish voice, to strengthen the Jewish identity of Jewish scouts attending international gatherings and meetings, and to establish and/or participate in various interfaith encounters initiated by the World Organization of the Scout Movement.
